Happily Wear Me After: A Styling Event

The Bridal Boutique and Umee Honolulu present a stylish summer event for brides and their fashionable sidekick...the bridesmaid. Happily Wear Me After will feature a line up of uniquely styled Umee Honolulu dresses from its bridal collection.

Bridesmaid dresses often get a bad wrap for not being good enough to wear again, but these Umee styles will look sweet enough to wear down the aisle and sassy enough to wear again for a night out on the town. Locally made and uniquely chic, Umee dresses are sure to make every bridesmaid happy and every bride satisfied since all pieces are priced right for the value conscious budget.

This one-night event will take place on Thursday, June 28 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Seating is limited so RSVPs are being taken from now until Monday, June 25. Call The Bridal Boutique at 808-597-8893 or email info@bridalboutiquehonolulu.com to reserve your spot. Pre-orders for the featured looks will be taken during the event. Those who place a pre-order will be given 20% off their entire Umee purchase

Umee Honolulu is a Waikiki based fashion label focused on designing Pacific inspired wardrobe staples for women. Founded in 2006 by Deena White Tearney, all of Umee Honolulu's products are inspired, designed and produced on the beautiful island of Oahu.

New beginnings in store...

Happy holidays to our current and future customers! This past year has taken us on a path for change,  and we are embracing all that is in store for us here at the Boutique in the coming months.

Most important to know, our shop will be closed from December 25 - January 3rd to prepare for a new location. As we settle in at the new address (to be announced soon!) we hope that it will be a place that is just as welcoming, comfortable, and fun to shop as Cooke Street. What we CAN tell you is that we will be ground level (so excited about that!) and that we will still be in the Kaka'ako area (again, excited!).

If you wish to contact us, feel free to drop us an email at info@bridalboutiquehonolulu.com or call 597-8893. We will be happy to answer any questions you might have, or schedule dress consultations starting in January.

We wish you a very happy and prosperous 2012!

Hawaii Bridal Expo - July '08

Between setting up the booth (thanks to On 3 Photography for the black curved pop-up display), mingling with our vendor friends, the fashion show frenzy, and greeting all the happy brides & couples...it certainly made for a whirlwind weekend! We loved chatting with all of you about your weddings and hope you'll stop by the Boutique so we can continue the conversation and try on dresses, of course!

We featured two of our newest Jasmine designs on the mannequins: a satin, off-the-shoulder A-line gown with a gorgeous organza and lace overlay chapel train and a two-toned satin, strapless A-line gown with a vertical pleated empire bodice... both amazing on and priced right at under $1000.

For the expo fashion show we chose to show off three designers which can only be found at the Boutique: the short number is by Justin Alexander Couture, the all-over-lace halter with the deep plunging back is by Sarah Danielle, and the luxurious lace and charmeuse dress is designed by Paloma Blanca. Thanks to the models for making our dresses ABSOLUTELY BREATHTAKING on the runway.

Fall styles for bridal and bridesmaid are on their way to the shop, AND we will be introducing two new designers at the Boutique so keep checking our blog or go to the "designers" link at www.bridalboutiquehonolulu.com for the latest info.
